Why is it the fridge has to go out right after you have pureed two and half weeks worth of baby food (that took about four hours to complete start to finish), you have just bought two cases of ribs for your camping trip and you are in the middle of a heat wave? If you have any answers for me I would loooooooooooove to hear them!

About This SAHM
Ever since my daughter was born I fantasized about being a stay-at-home-mom (SAHM). This dream did not come true until the birth of my son six years later. The harsh reality of SAHM-dom was NOTHING like I thought it would be. So now here I am: in the middle of poopy diapers, my seven year old's attempts at best dramatic performance in why-can't-I-have-my-way, hoping that, by the grace of God, I have ten minutes to shower (alone, without a child or canine audience), all while navigating through the adventurous, though often murky waters of SAHM-dom. Somewhere in this insanity I try to carve out my much needed, yet short in supply me time. Can I do it all with my grace and dignity intact? I guess you will have to follow along and judge for yourself.
